ABSTRACT The growing concern for the activities of Corporate Social Responsibility ( CSR) and the importance of communication between the organization and its stakeholders have led companies to become more committed and accountable to shareholders. The debate about how CSR programs influence the views of shareholders positively and negatively has driven many businesses to recognize not just their financial results but also their social and environmental effect on society. This research therefore examines the effect of CSR activities on financial efficiency of Nigeria industrial goods firms. The Data of this study was collected from the Audited Annual Accounts and reports of the listed firms for the period of four years from 2015 to 2018. In testing the study hypothesis, the data were analyzed using Descriptive statistics to provide variable summary statistics and regression analysis. The study finding reveals that Charitable Donation, Education and Skills Acquisition have positive and major effects on the financial efficiency of Nigeria industrial goods companies. Thus, the study recommends that Nigeria industrial goods firms should increase their spending on Charitable Donation, Education and Skills Acquisition since they have positive impact on their financial performance.
