ABSTRACT
This study aims to find out how corporate social responsibility (CSR) affects the economic success of a small business through the involvement of stakeholders as to get the media to know more about it. People who do this study want to find out how well businesses and CSR work when they look at Société Brasseries du Mali (BRAMALI). CSR activities can both improve customer service and economic productivity, but they don't need to be. In this study, we will show how well corporate social responsibility (CSR) works for businesses in more affluent countries than us. Today, companies are using corporate social responsibility (CSR) to improve their organizational performance because it is a tool that can help them do better and get more people to work with them. This is based on the literature we looked at earlier in the text.
If you want to improve your company's image, you should do things that help the community. This will make your company more visible and make you more popular with the public, making you well-known. As managers, their job is to make sure that their businesses are well-positioned in the market and working at a high level. Firms need to make sure that all employees get paid the same, no matter what their gender is, to make sure that customers get value. Because they want to make money, they should not give up their morals to reach their goals. It's even more critical for managers to make sure their businesses are running legally and take responsibility for any crimes inside their businesses. CSR should be a part of all business operations. You can get more market share, make more money, and make customers happier with this technique than you can without it.
