ABSTRACT
The complexities and challenges faced in the healthcare sector are due to finding
solutions to growing population needs, which are increasing at an alarming rate.
Dynamic technological growth paved the way for users to access needed information
at an amazingly fast speed level. This, however, calls for the revamping and
restructuring of the healthcare system especially, the larger ones from their
traditional ways of managing the system to adopting more flexible and interactive
ways of operation, in line with modern difficulties and recent trends. It is imperative
to create and promote innovative attitudes in healthcare organizations that make
room for solutions that focuses on the organization's actual needs to be proffered by
stakeholders, in response to imminent difficulties. Developing mechanisms that
foster a creative environment and propounding evaluative theories is challenging, but
this paper seeks to create vital ideas or concepts that are beneficial to researchers,
healthcare staff, and managers who seek to create or maintain conducive innovative
organizations in healthcare services and delivery. The study also seeks to explain
important innovative factors or elements from both strategic starting points to the
stage of evaluation
