'Karacadağ(Diyarbakır)Volkan Jeomorfolojisi olarak adlandırdığımız çalışmada Karacadağ ve yakın çevresinin jeomorfoloji haritası oluşturulmuş,CBS yazılım programlarından biri olan ArcView GIS 3.3 ile topoğrafya haritaları sayısallaştırılmış ARC GIS 8.3 yazılım programı kullanılarak saha ile ilgili eğim haritası,drenaj haritası yapılmıştır.Yapılan büro ve arazi çalışmaları neticesinde Karacadağ\'ın volkanik unsurlarının çoğunlukla bazalt olduğu,oluşumun genel olarak üç evrede meydana geldiği,lavların riftleşmeye ve faylanmaya bağlı olarak çok sayıda çıkış merkezinden yüzeylendiği,yine lavların çok akıcı olmalarından dolayı çevrede geniş bir alana yayıldığı,böylece tabla volkan veya kalkan şekilli bir yapı kazandığı,ayrıca her evreye ait proklastik unsurların bulunduğu,koni ve krater gibi özelliklerini muhafaza eden oluşukların daha çok piroklastik ürünlerden meydana geldiği,çalışma sahasının jeomorfolojik aşınım kriterleri ile değerlendirildiğinde genel olarak gençlik safhasında olduğu gibi sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır. ABSTRACT In the study of we called as the geomorphology of Karacadag Volcano, the geomorphology map is digitalized by Arc View GIS 3.3, one of the GIS Software Programmes. The slope and drainage maps about the area are made by using the ARC GIS 8.3 Software Programme. As the result of the land and office studies, it is established that the volcanic components of karacadag are mostly basalts. It ıs seen that the component is generally occurred in 3 stages, the lavas are getting rifted and according to the faulting it is surfaced from a lot of exit centers. Because of the lavas are so fluent, they are spread out wide areas. In this way, it is established that it shield volcano. Besides, it is observed that there are pyroklastic components which belong to each stage keep the peculiarity such as cone and crater. It is concluded that the erosion is in its early stage when it is generally realized with the criterion of the geomorphologic erosion. ' |
