Özet notu ABSTRACT<br/>The concept of digital disruption has given cause for firms to leverage on integrating<br/>applications, platforms and infrastructure to promote business operations. This has<br/>contributed to open digital collaborations and has seemingly offered the integration of<br/>IoTs, Big Data Analytics and Cloud Computing to support data sourcing, data analytics<br/>and storage to synchronize on a single platform. Notwithstanding the benefits derived<br/>from digital technology integration such as IoTs, Big Data Analytics and Cloud<br/>Computing, digital vulnerabilities and threats have become a more significant concern<br/>for users. Addressing these challenges from an information systems perspective<br/>reveals a sparsity of research contributions delineating potential vulnerabilities and<br/>threats affecting the integration of IoTs, BDA and CC for data management. In this<br/>regard, this study explores and provides a step-by-step analysis of the potential<br/>vulnerabilities and threats failures affecting the integration of IoTs, Big Data Analytics<br/>and Cloud Computing towards data management. The study combined a multidimensional<br/>analysis, Failure Mode Effect Analysis and Fuzzy Technique for Order<br/>of Preference by Similarity for Ideal Solution to evaluate and rank the potential<br/>vulnerabilities and threats affecting emerging technology integration. This study used<br/>a sample of 234 security experts from the banking industry with adequate knowledge<br/>in IoTs, Big Data Analytics and Cloud Computing for the survey. The results revealed<br/>a lack of backup electric generator, failure of firewall protection and lack of<br/>information security audit as the high-ranking vulnerabilities and threats failures based<br/>on the closeness of coefficient scores to significantly affect Internet of Things, Big<br/>Data and Cloud Computing integration. This study is an extension of the discussions<br/>of pervasive vulnerabilities and threats originating from integrating digital applications<br/>and platforms for data management. A detailed review and classification of these<br/>threats and vulnerabilities are vital for sustaining digital integration for firms. A<br/>framework for assessing and evaluating digital security vulnerabilities and threats was<br/>further proposed to support financial institutions quests to identify the occurrence,<br/>severity and detectability of risks.
