ÖZET<br/>Bu çalışma, psikoterapistin psikolojik danışma öz yeterlik inancının, empati düzeyinin<br/>ve bağlanma stillerinin çevrim içi psikoterapide psikoterapistin algıladığı terapötik<br/>ittifak üzerindeki yordayıcı etkisinin incelenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Günümüzde<br/>çevrim içi psikoterapi hizmetinin, yüz yüze psikoterapi hizmetine alternatif bir seçenek<br/>olabileceği tartışılmaktadır. Araştırmanın değişkenlerinin daha önce çevrim içi<br/>psikoterapideki terapötik ittifak üzerindeki etkisinin araştırıldığı herhangi bir<br/>çalışmaya rastlanmamıştır. Bu nedenle bu çalışma, literatüre katkı sağlayacağı<br/>düşünülerek yapılmıştır. Nicel araştırma yöntemi ile gerçekleştirilen bu çalışmada<br/>psikoterapistlerin terapötik ittifak düzeyini ölçmek için Terapötik İttifak Ölçeği-Kısa<br/>Formu-Terapist Formu (Gülüm ve ark., 2018), psikolojik danışma öz yeterlik düzeyi<br/>için Psikolojik Danışma Öz Yeterlik Ölçeği (Pamukçu ve Demir, 2013), empati düzeyi<br/>için, Temel Empati Ölçeği (Topçu ve ark., 2010), bağlanma stilleri için ise Üç Boyutlu<br/>Bağlanma Stilleri Ölçeği (Ersen, 2016) kullanılmıştır. Hipotezler, SPSS 25.0 paket<br/>programı ile çok değişkenli regresyon analizi kullanılarak test edilmiştir. Analiz<br/>sonucunda psikoterapistin psikolojik danışma öz yeterlik inancının, çevrim içi terapide<br/>algıladığı terapötik ittifakı pozitif ve anlamlı bir şekilde yordadığı bulunmuştur.<br/>Terapistin empatisinin ve bağlanma stillerinin ise çevrim içi terapide terapistin<br/>algıladığı terapötik ittifak ölçeğinin toplam puanını anlamlı bir şekilde yordamadığı<br/>sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ancak terapötik ittifakın alt boyutlarına ilişkin yapılan analiz<br/>sonucunda, empatinin çevrim içi terapide algılanan terapötik ittifakın bağ boyutunu<br/>anlamlı bir şekilde yordadığı, güvenli bağlanma stilinin ise, amaç boyutunu anlamlı<br/>bir şekilde yordadığı, psikolojik danışma öz yeterlik inancının çevrim içi terapide<br/>algılanan terapötik ittifakın görev, amaç ve bağ boyutu olmak üzere tüm boyutlarını<br/>anlamlı şekilde yordadığı ortaya çıkmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular, ilgili literatür<br/>kapsamında tartışılmış ve öneriler sunulmuştur. |

ABSTRACT<br/>This study was conducted to examine the psychotherapist's psychological counseling<br/>self-efficacy belief, empathy level and attachment styles on the therapeutic alliance<br/>perceived by the psychotherapist in online psychotherapy. Today, it is discussed that<br/>online psychotherapy service may be an alternative option to face-to-face<br/>psychotherapy service. No previous studies have been found to investigate the effect<br/>of the variables of the research on the therapeutic alliance in online psychotherapy.<br/>Therefore, this study was carried out with the idea that it would contribute to the<br/>literature. In this study conducted with quantitative research method, therapeutic<br/>alliance scale-short form-therapist form (Gülüm et al., 2018) to measure the level of<br/>therapeutic alliance of psychotherapists, Psychological Counseling Self-Efficacy<br/>Scale (Pamukçu and Demir, 2013) for psychological counseling self-efficacy level,<br/>Basic Empathy Scale (Topçu et al., 2010), and Three Dimensional Bonding Styles<br/>Scale for attachment styles (Ersen, 2016). The hypotheses were tested using<br/>multivariate regression analysis with the SPSS 25.0 package program. As a result of<br/>the analysis, it was found that the psychotherapist's belief in psychological counseling<br/>self-efficacy positively and meaningfully predicted the therapeutic alliance that<br/>perceived in online therapy. It was concluded that the psychotherapist's empathy and<br/>attachment styles did not significantly predict the total score of the therapeutic alliance<br/>scale perceived by the psychotherapist in online therapy. However, as a result of the<br/>analysis of the sub-dimensions of the therapeutic alliance, it was revealed that empathy<br/>significantly predicted the bond dimension of the perceived therapeutic alliance in<br/>online therapy, while the secure attachment style significantly predicted the purpose<br/>dimension, and the belief in psychological counseling self-efficacy significantly<br/>predicted all dimensions, including the task, purpose and bond dimension of the<br/>perceived therapeutic alliance in online therapy. The findings were discussed within<br/>the scope of the relevant literature and recommendations were presented. |
