ÖZET<br/>Bu çalışmada lise düzeyindeki ergenlerin psikolojik iyi oluş düzeyleri ile kariyer uyum<br/>yetenekleri arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada nicel araştırma<br/>yöntemlerinden ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırma, 2021 2022 eğitim<br/>öğretim yılında Lefkoşa’da öğrenim gören lise düzeyindeki 9., 10., 11. ve 12. sınıf<br/>düzeyinde 527’si kız, 308,’i erkek olmak üzere toplamda 835 öğrenci ile<br/>gerçekleştirilmiştir.<br/>Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak “Kariyer Uyum Yetenekleri Ölçeği”,<br/>“Psikolojik İyi Oluş Ölçeği” araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen “Kişisel Bilgi Formu”<br/>kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri ilişkisel modeli ile SPSS 26 programı kullanılarak<br/>analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmanın verileri normal dağılım göstermediğinden fark<br/>analizlerinde parametrik olmayan testler kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın<br/>değişkenlerindeki ilişkiyi belirlemek için de Spearman’s Korelasyon Testi<br/>kullanılmıştır.<br/>Elde edilen bulguların fark analizi sonuçlarına göre; ergenlerin kariyer uyum<br/>yeteneklerine ait toplam puanlarının cinsiyet, anne eğitim durumu, akademik başarı<br/>durumu ve meslek hedefi belirleme durumuna göre anlamlı farklılık gösterdiği; sınıf<br/>düzeyi, baba eğitim durumu ve aile gelir düzeyine göre ise anlamlı bir farklılığın<br/>olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmanın fark analizi sonuçlarına göre; ergenlerin<br/>psikolojik iyi oluş düzeylerinin, aile gelir düzeyi, anne eğitim durumu, akademik<br/>başarı durumu ve meslek hedefi belirleme durumuna göre anlamlı farklılık gösterdiği;<br/>cinsiyet, sınıf düzeyi ve baba eğitim durumuna göre ise anlamlı bir farklılığın olmadığı<br/>tespit edilmiştir. Ergenlerin psikolojik iyi oluş düzeyleri ile kariyer uyum yetenekleri<br/>ve kariyer uyum yeteneğinin alt boyutları arasında pozitif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki<br/>olduğu tespit edilmiştir.<br/>Bu çalışmayla 21. yüzyılda değişen iş ve meslek koşullarına uyum sağlama becerilerini<br/>artırmada lise dönemindeki ergenlerin psikolojik iyi oluş düzeylerinin önemi ortaya<br/>konulmuş ve lise dönemindeki ergenlere yönelik, okullarda yürütülen mesleki<br/>rehberlik / kariyer danışmanlığı faaliyetlerinde kariyer gelişim sürecinde ergenlerin<br/>psikolojik iyi oluş düzeylerinin etkililiği dikkate alınarak planlamalar yapılmasının ve yürütülecek faaliyetlerin psikolojik iyi oluş düzeylerini artıracak faaliyetlerle eş<br/>güdümlü yürütülmesinin önemini ortaya konulmuştur. |

ABSTRACT<br/>In this study, it is aimed to examine the relationship between psychological well-being<br/>levels and career adaptation abilities of adolescents at high school level. In the study,<br/>relational screening model was used from quantitative research methods. The sample<br/>consist of, a total of 835 students 527 of whom were girls and 308 boys, at the 9th,<br/>10th, 11th and 12th grade levels at the high school level studying in Nicosia in the<br/>2021-2022 academic year.<br/>In the study, "Career Adaptation Abilities Scale", "Psychological Well-Being Scale"<br/>and "Personal Information Form" developed by the researcher were used as data<br/>collection tool. The data of the study were analyzed by using SPSS 26 program with<br/>relational model. Since the data of the study did not show normal distribution, Nonparametric<br/>tests were used in the difference analysis. Spearman's Correlation Test was<br/>also used to determine the relationship between the variables of the study.<br/>According to the results of the difference analysis of the findings obtained; the total<br/>scores of adolescents in career skills differed significantly according to gender,<br/>maternal educational status, academic achievement status and occupational goal<br/>setting; no significant difference was determined according to grade level, father's<br/>education status and family income level. According to the results of the difference<br/>analysis of cross-section; It was determined that the psychological well-being levels<br/>of adolescents showed significant differences according to family income level,<br/>maternal education status, academic achievement status and occupational goal setting<br/>status; there was no significant difference according to gender, grade level and father<br/>education status. It was found that there was a significant positive relationship<br/>between the psychological well-being levels of the patients and the sub-dimensions of<br/>career adaptation abilities and career adaptation ability.<br/>With this study, the importance of psychological well-being levels of adolescents in<br/>high school in increasing their ability to adapt to changing work and occupational<br/>conditions in the 21st century has been revealed. In addition, it is important that the<br/>vocational guidance / career counseling activities carried out in schools for adolescents<br/>in high school make plans by taking into account the effectiveness of the psychological well-being levels of adolescents in the career development process and that the<br/>activities to be carried out are coordinated with activities that will increase their<br/>psychological well-being levels. |
