ÖZET Tunus'ta 2010 yılı Aralık ayında meydana gelen Arap Baharı zamanla Ortadoğu ve Kuzey Afrika'yı kasıp kavurmuştur. Arap Baharı, iktidar değişimi, iç savaş, muhalif güçlerin ayaklanmalarını doğurmuş ve terör faaliyetlerini arttırarak bölgesel istikrarsızlığı hat safhaya çıkarmıştır. Esad rejimi ayaklanmalar sonucunda halkın taleplerine ilgisiz kalmış, silah ve baskı yoluyla krizi çözmeye çalışmış ve başarısız olmuştur. Bölgede birçok silahlı aktör türemiş ve bölgesel güç haline gelinmiştir. Özellikle Suriye'nin kuzeyi, Türkiye'nin güneydoğu sınırında yer alan PYD ve IŞİD gibi örgütler bulunduğu bölgede gücü eline almış ve terör faaliyetleri göstermiştir. PYD, PKK terör örgütünün Suriye uzantısı olma rolündedir. PKK 1990'lı yıllarda ağırlıklı olmak üzere Türkiye'nin Kuzey Irak sınırı, Doğu Anadolu ve Güneydoğu Anadolu Bölgeleri'nde çatışmalara sebep olmuş ve terör faaliyetinin dozunu her geçen süre zarfında daha da arttırarak Türkiye Cumhuriyeti'nin sınır güvenliği ve toprak bütünlüğü hususunda tehdit oluşturmuştur. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye'nin Kuzey Suriye'de yer alan PYD ve silahlı gücü olan YPG' ye karşı oluşturduğu güvenlik önlemleri doğrultusunda Suriye Krizi'nin Türkiye üzerinde oluşturduğu ve oluşturması muhtemel etkileri incelemektir. |

ABSTRACT The Arab Spring, which took place in Tunisia in December 2010, swept the Middle East and North Africa over time. The Arab Spring, the change of power, the civil war, gave rise to the uprisings of the opposition forces and increased regional instability by increasing terrorist activities. As a result of the uprisings, the Assad regime remained indifferent to the demands of the people, tried to solve the crisis through weapons and pressure and failed. Many armed actors have emerged in the region and have become a regional power. In particular, organizations such as the PYD and ISIS, located in the north of Syria and on the southeastern border of Turkey, took power in the region and showed terrorist activities. The PYD is in the role of being the Syrian extension of the PKK terrorist organization. In the 1990s, the PKK caused conflicts, mainly in Turkey's Northern Iraq border, Eastern Anatolia and Southeastern Anatolia Regions, and increased the dose of terrorist activity over time, posing a threat to the border security and territorial integrity of the Republic of Turkey. The aim of this study is to examine the effects of the Syrian Crisis on Turkey in line with the security measures that Turkey has created against the PYD in Northern Syria and its armed force, the YPG. |
