ÖZET Bu çalışmanın amacı, Kuzey Kıbrıs Türk Cumhuriyeti'ndeki özel eğitim öğretmenlerinin mesleki öz yeterlilik düzeyleri ile adanmışlık düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesidir. Araştırmada ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmaya 2021-2022 eğitim öğretim yılı içerisinde özel eğitim okullarında görev yapan 130 özel eğitim öğretmeni katılım sağlamıştır. Özel eğitim öğretmenlerine, elektronik ortamlar ve mail yolları aracılığıyla Google formlar üzerinden Demografik Bilgi Formu,Öğretmenlik Mesleğine Adanmışlık Ölçeği, Öğretmen Öz Yeterlilik Ölçeği uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen verilerin çözümlemeleri SPSS 24.0 paket programı kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgulara göre, KKTC'deki özel eğitim öğretmenlerinin Öğretmenlik Mesleği' ne Adanmışlıklarında yaş, cinsiyet, medeni durum, mesleki kıdem, iş arkadaşlarından destek görme, idarecilerden destek görme değişkenlerine göre anlamlı farklılıklara rastlanmamıştır. KKTC'deki özel eğitim öğretmenlerinin Öğretmenlik Mesleği' ne Adanmışlıklarında eğitim durumu, işinden memnuniyet, ücretten memnuniyet değişkenlerine göre anlamlı farklılıklara rastlanmıştır. KKTC'deki özel eğitim öğretmenlerinin Mesleki Öz Yeterliliklerinde yaş, cinsiyet, medeni durum, mesleki kıdem, ücretten memnuniyet, iş arkadaşlarından destek görme, idarecilerden destek görme değişkenlerine göre anlamlı farklılıklara rastlanmamıştır. KKTC'deki özel eğitim öğretmenlerinin Mesleki Öz Yeterliliklerinde eğitim durumu, işinden memnuniyet değişkenlerine göre anlamlı farklılıklara rastlanmıştır. Öğretmen Öz Yeterlilik Ölçeği genel puanları ile Öğretmenlik Mesleğine Adanmışlık Ölçeği genel puanları arasında pozitif yönlü ve istatistiksel olarak anlamlı düzeyde korelasyon olduğu görülmüştür. |

ABSTRACT The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between the professional selfefficacy levels of special education teachers in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and their level of dedication. In the research, relational scanning was carried out using the general scanning model. 130 special education teachers working in special education schools participated in the study in the 2021-2022 academic year. Dedication to Teaching Profession Scale and Teacher Self-Efficacy Scale were applied to special education teachers via Google forms via electronic media and e-mail channels. The analysis of the data obtained in the research was made using the SPSS 24.0 package program. According to the findings obtained from the research, no significant differences were found in the special education teachers' dedication to the teaching profession in the TRNC according to the variables of age, gender, marital status, professional seniority, support from colleagues, and support from administrators. Significant differences were found in the dedication of special education teachers in the TRNC to the Teaching Profession, according to the variables of educational status, job satisfaction, and wage satisfaction. No significant differences were found in the Professional Self-Efficacy of the special education teachers in the TRNC according to the variables of age, gender, marital status, professional seniority, satisfaction with the wage, receiving support from colleagues, and receiving support from administrators. Significant differences were found in the Professional Self- Efficacy of the special education teachers in the TRNC according to the variables of educational status and job satisfaction. It has been observed that there is a positive and statistically significant correlation between the general scores of the Teacher Self- Efficacy Scale and the general scores of the Scale of Dedication to the Teaching Profession. |
