ÖZET Pandemiler toplumu birçok düzeyde etkileyen sosyal bir olgudur. Covid-19 salgını olumsuz sonuçların yanında travma sonrası güçlenme, travma sonrası gelişim ya da travma sonrası büyüme gibi kavramlarla ifade edilen olumlu sonuçlara da sebep olabilmektedir. Bu araştırmada, travmanın olumsuz etkilerinden farklı olarak olumlu etkileri ile ilgili çalışılmıştır. Ev kadınlarının bu travmatik yaşantıdan büyüyerek çıkıp çıkmadıkları, bu büyümeye neden olan faktörlerin neler olduğu araştırılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı Covid-19 pandemi dönemi normalleşme sürecinde travma sonrası büyüme, yaş, kendini açma ve algılanan sosyal destek düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkileri saptamaktır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Kuzey Kıbrıs Türk Cumhuriyeti'nde yaşayan ev kadınları oluşturmaktadır. Yaşları 22-60 arasında değişen katılımcılara, demografik bilgi formu, Travma Sonrası Büyüme Ölçeği (TSBÖ), Kendini Açma Ölçeği (KAÖ) ve Çok Boyutlu Algılanan Sosyal Destek Ölçeği (ÇBASDÖ) uygulanmıştır. Verilerin analizi sürecinde SPSS 22 paket programı kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada betimsel istatistiksel analiz, pearson korelasyon analizi, çoklu doğrusal regresyon analizi, bağlantısız örneklemler t testi ve tek yönlü varyans analizi uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, kendini açma düzeyi arttıkça, travma sonrası büyüme düzeyi artmıştır. Algılanan sosyal destek arttıkça, travma sonrası büyüme de artmıştır. Analiz sonuçlarından elde edilen bulgulara göre, Covid-19 pandemi dönemi normalleşme sürecinde ev kadınları travma sonrası büyüme göstermişlerdir. Travma sonrası büyüme düzeyinin kendini açma ve çok boyutlu algılanan sosyal destek değişkenleri tarafından pozitif yönde ve anlamlı şekilde yordandığı görülmüştür. Elde edilen bulgular, literatürdeki benzer çalışmalar ile karşılaştırılmış ve çeşitli önerilerde bulunulmuştur. ABSTRACT Pandemics are a social phenomenon that affects society at many levels. In addition to the negative results, the Covid-19 outbreak can also cause positive results expressed with concepts such as post-traumatic empowerment, post-traumatic growth or post-traumatic growth. In this study, different from the negative effects of trauma, positive effects were studied. Whether the housewives grew out of this traumatic experience and what factors caused this growth were investigated. The aim of this study is to determine the relationships between post-traumatic growth, age, self-disclosure and perceived social support levels in the normalization process of the Covid-19 pandemic period. The study group of the research consists of housewives living in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. Demographic information form, Post-Traumatic Growth Scale (PTSD), Self- Disclosure Scale (PSS), and Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) were administered to participants aged between 22-60 years. SPSS 22 package program was used in the analysis of the data. Descriptive statistical analysis, pearson correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, disconnected samples t-test and one-way analysis of variance were used in the study. According to the results of the research, as the level of self-disclosure increased, the level of post-traumatic growth increased. As perceived social support increased, so did post-traumatic growth. According to the findings obtained from the analysis results, housewives showed posttraumatic growth during the normalization process of the Covid-19 pandemic period. It was observed that the level of growth after trauma was positively and significantly predicted by the variables of self-disclosure and multidimensional perceived social support.
