Özet notu ABSTRACT<br/>The objective of this study is to examine the relationship between perceived over-qualification, knowledge hiding, and knowledge hoarding. Drawing on conservation of resource and equity theories, the current paper tests the moderating role of mindfulness and participation in decision-making in the above relationship. Data were obtained from Arabian nurses and health workers in Jordan; a partial least squares structural equation modeling and MACRO PROCESSS techniques were used to test the measurement model and the proposed hypotheses. Results from the analyses revealed that perceived over-qualification is positively related to knowledge hiding and knowledge hoarding behaviors respectively. With regard to mindfulness and participation in decision-making moderating roles, results showed that the positive association between perceived over-qualification and knowledge hiding, and perceived over-qualification and knowledge hoarding is attenuated when mindfulness and participation in decision-making are high, rather than low. The practical and theoretical significance of these findings are discussed, and avenues for future studies are offered.<br/>Keywords: Knowledge Hiding; Knowledge Hoarding; Mindfulness; Over-Qualifications.
