ABSTRACT<br/>This research tends to investigate Coping Mechanisms of Burnout on Human Resource <br/>Management and Hotel Employees: Testing the Effects of Artificial Intelligence and <br/>Wellbeing from hotels ((n=200) employees in Abuja, Nigerian. The purpose of this <br/>study is to investigate the relationship between Artificial Intelligence (Decision <br/>Support System), Human Resource Administration (Recruitment and Selection), <br/>Employees Psychological wellbeing and Burnout in Hotels in Abuja, Nigeria and to <br/>investigate what extent Hotels in Abuja, Nigeria have invested into Artificial <br/>Intelligence. A quantitative research methodology was used to design the research <br/>questions. Different tested questionnaires were used to collect data from hotels in <br/>Abuja Nigeria from 12 of April to 26 of June, 2022. Tables, figures, frequency with <br/>the help of SPSS were used to calculate and analyze data which were gathered. Our <br/>findings show that there is a positive relationship between AI and HRM, and a negative <br/>relationship between HRM and Burnout more so there is a negative relationship <br/>between AI, EPWB and Burnout in the hotel industry also results from this <br/>investigation reveals that HRM mediates the relationship between AI and Burnout, <br/>EPWB mediates the relationship between AI and Burnout. This research was <br/>concluded by encouraging hotel industries to invest in to artificial intelligence in order <br/>to help HRM cope with burnout. On the other hand, managers and stakeholders should <br/>introduce special coping mechanisms like, Employees training, awareness and <br/>educating employees (AI Knowledge Management) on how to cope with Artificial <br/>Intelligence for frontline employees.<br/>Keywords: Abuja, Artificial Intelligence, Decision Support System, Frontline <br/>Employees, Hotels, Human Resource Management, Knowledge Management,<br/>Psychological wellbeing. |
