ÖZET<br/>Bu araştırmanın amacı, Kuzey Kıbrıs okul öncesi programının Stufflebeam'in, <br/>Bağlam, Girdi, Süreç ve Ürün (CIPP) Modeline göre değerlendirmektir. bu genel <br/>amacı doğrultusunda uygulanmakta olan programın bağlam, girdi, süreç ve ürün ya da <br/>çıktı olarak okul öncesi öğretmenleri ile yöneticiler tarafından değerlendirilmesi <br/>araştırmanın alt problemini oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada nicel araştırma yöntemleri <br/>arasında yer alan betimsel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Kuzey Kıbrıs Türk <br/>Cumhuriyetinin Lefkoşa, Gazimağusa, Girne, Güzelyurt, Lefke ve İskele bölgelerinde <br/>bulunan toplam 199 okul öncesi öğretmeni araştırmanın örneklemini oluşturmaktadır.<br/>2016 yılında Arslan, Soyalp, Karahan ve Altundaş tarafından geliştirilen <br/>Stufflebeam’ın Bağlam, Girdi, Süreç, Ürün Değerlendirme Modelini temel alan “Okul <br/>Öncesi Eğitim Programlarını Değerlendirme Ölçeği” ile araştırmacı tarafından <br/>hazırlanan kişisel bilgi formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırmaya katılan okul öncesi <br/>öğretmenlerinin mesleki unvanları ile Okul Öncesi Eğitim Programlarının <br/>Değerlendirilmesi Ölçeği “Süreç” alt boyutundan aldıkları puanlar arasında önemli<br/>fark olduğu saptanmıştır. Okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin “süreç” boyutunda okul <br/>müdürlerinden daha yüksek puanlar aldığı görülmüştür. Ayrıca okul öncesi <br/>öğretmenlerinin cinsiyet değişkenine göre Okul Öncesi Eğitim Programlarını <br/>Değerlendirme Ölçeği alt boyutlarından “Girdi” ve “Süreç” puanları arasında <br/>istatistiki açıdan önemli fark bulunduğu tespit edilmiştir. ABSTRACT<br/>The aim of this reaseach is to evaluate the preschool program in Northern Cyprus <br/>according to Stufflebeam's Context, Input, Process and Product (CIPP) model. The <br/>evaluation of the program which is being implemented in line with the general purpose <br/>as context, input, process and product or output by preschool teachers and <br/>administrators constitutes the main sub-problem of the research. In this research, one <br/>of the quantitative reseach methods, the descriptive survey model was used. A total of <br/>199 preschool teachers from Nicosia, Famagusta, Kyrenia, Güzelyurt and Lefke <br/>regions of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus constitute the sample of the <br/>research. <br/>During this research, the ‘Pre- School Curriculum Evaluation Scale’ developed by <br/>Arslan, Soyalp, Karahan and Altundaş in 2016, which is based on Stufflebeam’s <br/>Context, Input, Process and Product Evaluation model and also an information <br/>collection form prepared by the researcher were used. The research has shown that <br/>there was a significant difference between the Professional titles of the preschool <br/>teachers and the scores they recived from the ‘Process’ sub-categories of the Scale for <br/>Evaluation of Preschool Education Programs. In addition, the research has shown that <br/>there was a statistically significant difference between the ‘Input’ and ‘Process’ scores <br/>of the Preschool Education Programs Evaluation Scale sub-categories according to the <br/>gender variables of preschool teachers.
