ÖZET<br/>Bu çalışmanın amacı ilkokul da görev yapan sınıf öğretmenlerinin ilköğretim eğitim <br/>programlarının değerlendirilmesine yönelik görüşlerinin belirlenmesidir. <br/>Araştırmanın bu genel amacı doğrultusunda 2016 yılında Baş tarafından geliştirilen <br/>“Eğitim Programlarını Değerlendirme Ölçeği”nin (EPDÖ) kullanılmıştır. Ölçek <br/>toplam 35 maddeden ve dört alt boyuttan oluşmaktadır. Araştırma kapsamında <br/>kullanılmış olan ölçek; hedefler, içerik, öğretme-öğrenme süreci ve ölçme değerlendirme boyutlarından meydana gelmiştir. Araştırmada ölçeğin Cronbach <br/>Alpha güvenirlik katsayısı 0.92, Spearman-Brown iki yarı testi sonucu ise 0.90 olarak <br/>hesaplanmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini KKTC’deki ilkokullarda görev yapan sınıf <br/>öğretmenleri oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemi ise rastgele örnekleme yöntemi <br/>ile belirlenmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgular SPSS 27 programı ile analiz <br/>edilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlar doğrultusunda ileriki çalışmalara yönelik öneriler <br/>geliştirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, kadın öğretmenlerin EPDÖ ölçeğinden ve alt <br/>boyutlarından erkeklere göre daha yüksek puanlar aldığı görülmüştür. Öğretmenlerin <br/>yaş gruplarına göre EPDÖ ölçeğinden aldıkları puanlar arasında anlamlı bir fark <br/>olduğu görülmektedir. 21-25 yaş grubundaki öğretmenlerin EPDÖ ölçeği ve alt <br/>boyutlarından aldıkları puanları 26-30 ve 31-35 yaş grubundaki öğretmenlere göre <br/>daha düşük olduğu görülmüştür. Öğretmenlerin çalıştıkları okul türüne göre EPDÖ <br/>ölçeğinden aldıkları puanlar arasında anlamlı bir fark olduğu görülmüş, özel okulda <br/>çalışan öğretmenlerin EPDÖ ölçeğinden aldıkları puanları devlet okulundaki <br/>öğretmenlere göre daha yüksek olduğu görülmüştür. Bu araştırmanın örneklem <br/>grubunu yalnızca öğretmenler oluşturmuştur. Gelecekte yapılacak çalışmalarda okul <br/>yöneticilerinin de çalışmaya dahil edilmesi ve bu bağlamda eğitim programlarının <br/>yeterlikleri hakkında daha yararlı bilgiler edinilmesi önerilir.<br/>Anahtar Kelimeler: Eğitim, İlkokul, Program, Program Değerlendirme, Sınıf Öğretmeni. |

ABSTRACT<br/>The objective of this study is to determine the opinions of primary school teachers <br/>towards the evaluation of the primary school curricula. In accordance with the general <br/>aim of this research, “Curriculum Evaluation Scale” (CES) developed by Baş in 2016 <br/>is applied. The Scale is composed of a total 35 questions and four sub-dimensions. The <br/>scale applied throughout the research is composed of aims, content, teaching-learning <br/>process and measurement-evaluation dimensions. It is found out that the Cronbach <br/>Alpha reliability co-efficient is valued as 0.92 whereas Spearman-Brown split half test <br/>results are calculated as 0.90. The ecosystem of the research consisted primary school <br/>teachers of TRNC. The sample of the research is identified through random sampling <br/>method. The findings of the research are analysed through the SPSS 27 programme. <br/>In accordance with the findings of this study, recommendations for further future <br/>studies are developed accordingly. As a result of this study, it is found out that female <br/>teachers obtained higher scores than male teachers from CES scale and its sub dimensions. According to the age groups of the teachers, the scores obtained from the <br/>CES scale indicate a significant difference. It is found out that the scores obtained from <br/>CES scale and its sub-dimensions of the teachers who are among the 21-25 age group <br/>are lower than the scores obtained from CES scale and its sub-dimensions of the <br/>teachers who are among the 26-30 and 31-35 age groups. According to the school type <br/>that the teachers are employed in, it is found out that the scores obtained from CES <br/>scale and its sub-dimensions indicate a significant difference, hence, the scores of the <br/>private-school teachers obtained from CES scale and its sub-dimensions are higher <br/>than state-school teachers’ scores. The sample group of this research is merely <br/>composed of teachers. It is recommended for further studies that school administrative <br/>bodies to be included in the research and more educatory results regarding the curricula <br/>are obtained within this context. <br/>Keywords: Class Teachers,Curriculum, Education, Evaluation Of The Curricula <br/>Primary School. |
