Özet notu ABSTRACT<br/>There is a growing understanding that in order for organizations to thrive and compete in <br/>today's talent-based global economy, they must acquire, develop, and manage world-class <br/>HRM capabilities and practices. In today's knowledge-based firms, creative HRM strategies <br/>are necessary to draw in, retain, and add value to employees whose skills and abilities <br/>provide the company its worth.<br/>The goal of the study is to evaluate how human resources management strategies and <br/>employee innovation and creativity affect Sierra Leone Commercial Bank employees. The <br/>goal of the study was to determine how employee innovation and creativity are impacted by <br/>HRM practices. A straightforward random sample technique was utilized in the study to <br/>gather information from 378 employees of the Sierra Leone Commercial Bank<br/>Employee innovation and originality were shown to be positively correlated with pay, <br/>performance reviews, career paths, training and development, and knowledge management. <br/>It was shown that there are statistically significant connections between employees' <br/>invention and creativity, pay, performance reviews, career paths, and training and <br/>development. According to the study, employee invention and creativity are positively <br/>impacted by pay, performance reviews, career paths, and training and development. The <br/>study discovered that training, development, and performance evaluation are statistically <br/>significant.<br/>The study would help the human resource management department focus on the things that <br/>affect employees' creativity and innovation. This would help the department set up programs, <br/>training, and activities that would bring out the workers' creativity and innovation.<br/>Keywords: Compensation Creativity, Knowledge Management, Sierra Leone, Performance <br/>Evaluation.
