| Özet notu | ABSTRACT<br/>The goal of this research was to identify the contributions of four distinct leadership <br/>styles (transactional, transformational, authoritative, and Laissez-faire) and servicesales ambidexterity to an improvement in the quality of goods at Jolaks Manufacturing <br/>Company Limited. Simple random selection was used to collect data from 250 <br/>employees, and from those, 180 valid structured questionnaires were collected for <br/>analysis. A modified version of the Multi-Factor Leadership Questionnaire was <br/>created for this research in order to assess leadership styles. Leaders' ability to <br/>effectively switch between service and sales was evaluated using a Likert scale. <br/>Descriptive and inferential statistics were utilized to examine the data. In order to <br/>provide the inferential statistics of the data acquired in a way that is consistent with <br/>the assumptions of this study, Pearson's correlation and regression analysis were <br/>utilized.<br/>The results show that the types of leadership discussed in this research all have a <br/>positive correlation with employee performance, which in turn influences service-sales <br/>ambidexterity in the workplace. The results of this study provide strong support for <br/>the investigator's recommendation of service-sales ambidexterity as an effective <br/>leadership style for the workplace.<br/>Keywords: Authoritarian, Laissez-faire Leadership Styles and Service-Sales <br/>Ambidexterity, Transaction, Transformation |
