Özet notu | ABSTRACT<br/>The present study investigated how pro-social organizational identity affects <br/>employees’ work engagement, how pro-social organizational identity influence <br/>employees’ job satisfaction, the relationship between employees’ perceptions of CSR <br/>and Work engagement and the effect of employees’ perceptions of CSR on job <br/>satisfaction. The study looked at four different hypotheses. This study main aim was <br/>to look at the Effects of Pro-Social Organizational Identity and Employee Corporate <br/>Social Responsibility Perception on Employee Outcome. <br/>However, the adopted approach for this research is a quantitative research method <br/>consisting of both survey, descriptive research design, correlation and regression <br/>analysis in other to attain the research objective using a questionnaire as the instrument <br/>and the questionnaire was distributed electronically to 380 hotel administrations both <br/>male and female. 370 questionnaires were returned which forms 95.7% of the <br/>aggregate. <br/>Consequently, the results of this study indicated that pro-social organizational identity <br/>and employee perception of CSR was significantly related to employees’ outcomes <br/>(job satisfaction and work engagement). Therefore, H1, H2, H3 and H4 were supported. <br/>Keywords: CSR, Employee Outcome, Job Satisfaction, Pro-Social Organizational <br/>Identity, Work Engagement.<br/> |
