| Özet notu | ABSTRACT<br/>Blockchain technology has received significant attention from many people <br/>around the world due its potential to increase the efficiency, transparency and <br/>sustainability of the existing mechanisms which can revolutionize many fields.<br/>However implementation of blockchain technology on some fields are still <br/>missing. One of these biggest sectors that can make a splash by the key features <br/>of blockchain technology is food industry. The food supply chain management <br/>software can become more versatile by using the transparency and immutability <br/>features of blockchain technology which can create new ways of doing things.<br/>This thesis aims to fill this gap by providing a systematic literature and proposing <br/>a model on adopting blockchain into the food supply chain management systems. <br/>The extensive literature review examines the previous implementations of <br/>blockchain technology on various sectors.
