Özet notu | ABSTRACT <br/>This study investigates the complex relationship between Flexible Work Practices <br/>(FWPs) and trust in management, examining their impact on negative outcomes such <br/>as job insecurity, work-life imbalance, and reduce career prospect. The study has two <br/>main goals: first, to investigate the association between specific FWPs, such as leave <br/>and schedule flexibility, and negative outcomes, and second, to explore the <br/>relationship between Trust in Management and these negative outcomes.<br/>The foundation of this study is based on matched employer-employee data obtained <br/>through a large survey from the 2011 Workplace Employment Relations Study <br/>(WERS, 2014) in the United Kingdom. The acquired data was analyzed using <br/>descriptive statistics as well as Ordinary Least Squares regression.<br/>Among the research hypotheses posited, a substantial portion found support in the <br/>empirical analysis. Specifically, hypotheses H1A, H1C, H2A, H3A, and H3B were <br/>empirically validated. Conversely, four hypotheses did not gain support. This <br/>divergence in results underscores the complex nature of the relationship between <br/>FWPs, trust in management, and negative outcomes.<br/>Keywords: Flexible Work Practice, Trust In Management, Work Employment <br/>Relations Survey. |
