| Özet notu | ABSTRACT<br/>The purpose of this study is to quantify the mediating role of patient’s safety culture <br/>on the influence of quality of service on patient satisfaction in Kosofe LCDA Hospital, <br/>Lagos, Nigeria. Looking at the current trend of most countries around the world,<br/>especially African countries. In addition, Kosofe local government development area <br/>hospital, Lagos state, Nigeria, was selected for the quantitative analysis due to the ease <br/>with which it was possible to meet the patients of the hospital in Nigeria, to learn about <br/>the challenges and select one local government hospital to measure the level of patient <br/>satisfaction. After that, the examination questions were laid out because the facilities <br/>face difficulties related to factors that affect service quality. By responding to the <br/>examination question and satisfying the researcher's motivation through patient’s <br/>safety culture, some improvements were made to a superior understanding of the <br/>factors influencing medical service quality in order to realize the experience levels of <br/>patient satisfaction. <br/>The result of the study shows that Kosofe LCDA Hospital, Lagos state, in Nigeria is <br/>influenced by service quality as regard patients’ satisfaction according to the study. <br/>This implies that service quality plays a significant role in patients’ satisfaction (PS)<br/>in Kosofe LCDA Hospital, Lagos state, Nigeria. Additionally, the study uncovered <br/>that patients’ safety culture (PSC) have a moderate positive impact on patients’ <br/>satisfaction (PS) in Kosofe LCDA. <br/>Keywords: Nigeria, Patient Safety Culture, Patient Satisfaction, Service Quality |
