'Abstract This study Dr. Müberra GÜRGENDERELİ prepared by and Published by the Ministry of Culture of the Hasan Ziyâ'î Hayatı- Eserleri- Sanatı ve Divanı Based on the work of art\'s poems. The name of a poet\'s life to the literary duyurabilmesi was necessary for the survival of one of the most important cultural centers of Mostars Hasan Ziyâ'î enough to live far from the center as it does not recognize many poets or poems are not supplied the necessary support and a sofa did not, have not survived or been a small number of the couch. Hasan Ziyâ'î the quality and originality of his poems during his lifetime, but neither understood nor after the death of the unfortunate poet securities. The aim of my research paper Hasan Ziyâ'î in terms of the notion of the divân to investigate human. Turkey Divân poetry based on the basic elements of poetry Ziyâ'î life and literary personality of the poet\'s style, the view, the local form of benefit items integrating elements of the meaning of the poem shape characteristics of each individual are reviewed on a couplet. Key words: Divân literature, XVII. century, the Court of Hasan Ziyâ'î Özet Bu çalışmada Dr. Müberra GÜRGENDERELİ tarafından hazırlanan ve Kültür Bakanlığı yayınlarından çıkan Hasan Ziyâ'î Hayatı- Eserleri- Sanatı ve Divanı adlı eserdeki şiirler esas alınmıştır. Dönemin edebî yaşantısında bir şairin ismini duyurabilmesi için önemli kültür merkezlerinden birinde yaşaması gerekmekteydi. Döneminde Mostarlı Hasan Ziyâ'î gibi merkezden uzakta yaşayan birçok şair yeterince tanınamamış ve gerekli destek verilmediğinden dolayı şiirlerini bir divanda toplayamamıştır. Divanın sahibi olanlarında az sayıda kopyası günümüze ulaşamamıştır. Mostarlı Hasan Ziyâ'î şiirlerindeki kalite ve orijinalliğe rağmen ne yaşadığı dönemde ne de öldükten sonra kıymeti anlaşılmamış talihsiz bir şairdir. Tez çalışmamın amacı Mostarlı Hasan Ziyâ'î divanını insan mefhumu bakımından incelemektir. Türk divân şiirinin dayandığı temel şiir geleneği öğeleri esas alınarak Ziyâ'î'nin hayatı ve edebî kişiliği, şairin üslûbu, mahallî öğelerden yararlanma biçimi, şiirlerindeki şekil özelliklerinin anlamı bütünleyen unsurları, her bir beyit üzerinde tek tek gözden geçirilmiştir.
