'Öz Bu çalışma, uzun yıllardır dünya gündeminden duşmeyen Ortadoğu gelişmeleri kapsamında, Lübnan'daki istikrar arayışı sorununa odaklanarak, son dönemde yaşanan krizleri tarihisel arka planıyla birlikte analiz etmektedir. Lübnan bölgesinde yaşayan birçok mezhepten oluşan topluluk ve kendine has yapısı ile Ortadoğu'nun minyatür ülkesi olarak tanımlanabilir. Osmanlı İmparatorluğu'nun gücünü yitirdiği 19.yüzyıldan itibaren hüküm sürdüğü Lubnan'da yüzyılar boyunca çeşitli din ve mezheplere bağlı gruplar, hep beraber yaşamışlardır. Ayrıca, Osmanlı yönetimi döneminde Lübnan'da çeşitli yönetim anlayışları denenmiş, mezhepsel etkiler bugünkü yönetim şeklini de etkilemiştir. Ülkedeki din-mezhep bağlamına dayalı bölünmeler iç çekişmelerin kökenlerinden birisini oluşturmuştur. Lübnan'da hiçbir zaman bir "ulus devlet" olgusu tam anlamıyla gelişmemiş ve Lübnanlılar her şeyden önce bağlı oldukları din ve mezhepleri ile liderlerine bağlı kalmışlardır.Ortadoğu'da yaşanan Filistin sorunundan derinden etkilenen Lübnan 1975-1989 yılları arasında iç savaş yaşamış, bunun sonucunda toplum içerisinde ayrışmalar başlamıştır.Bu yüzden Lübnan'da iç savaştan önce başlayan ve halen devam etmekte olan siyasi kriz, son gelişmelerle gittikçe gerilen ve saflaşmaların giderek derinleştiği bir bölgesel ve uluslararası soruna dönüşmüştür.Lübnan'da taraflar halen birbirlerini sadece ulusal bağları ile değil, bölgesel ve uluslararası bağlantıları ve Ortadoğu'daki konumları itibarı ile değerlendirmektedir. Abstract This study of the agenda for many years the world fall within the scope of the development of the Middle East, the quest for stability in Lebanon issue, focusing on the historical background of the crisis in recent years with the analyzes. The group consists of many denominations who live in Lebanon and the Middle East with its own structure can be described as a miniature country. From the 19th century, the Ottoman Empire lost its power in Lebanon, where reigned for centuries due to various religious and sectarian groups have lived together. In addition, during the period of Ottoman rule in Lebanon tried various management philosophies, sectarian influence has also affected the way the current administration. Based on religious-sectarian divisions in the country context has created one of the origins of internal strife. No time in Lebanon a \"nation state\" phenomenon fully developed and the Lebanese are connected first of all with religion and sect leaders have remained connected. The Palestinian problem in the Middle East profoundly affected by the Lebanese civil war of 1975-1989 years lived in the community as a result of decomposition began. So began before the Civil War in Lebanon and still ongoing political crisis, recent developments and realignments declined steadily deepening has turned into a regional and international issues. In Lebanon, the parties still bond with each other not only on a national, regional and international links and are evaluating with respect to its position in the Middle East.
