'ABSTRACT The problem that this thesis will address is the lack of blended learning courses in most of Lebanese universities, what lessens the quality of education given to the students, failing to develop their talents and lessening their performance by inhibiting their educational progress. The purpose of the research is to show the importance of having a blended learning program in a lebanese university which affects greatly the quality of education given to students who will work in the future in Lebanese companies, and how it can lead to the improvement of academic quality within a university; the successful students with a good educational background will be able to improve the work of the companies which are facing tremendous challenges due to globalization and modernization. An analysis of the many Bleanded Learning Models will help in understanding the many positive facets of Blended learning in education (The Rotation Model, Flex Model, A la Carte Model, Enriched Virtual Model, Self – Blend Model, Online Driver Model, course Level Model, Program Level Blending...etc.). To achieve this research, study will be applied on the University of Balamand, which uses the blended learning program in certain majors such as mass communication, language and business. A case- study will be used to evaluate the professors’ responses.
