The interviewers were conducted within the two group so that the results will not be biased to one group, so the responses from the provider of service and the receiver will help in having a satisfactory conclusion on the impact of religious beliefs. The apostolic women have been recorded as conservative towards health care utilization however with the changing times and technology the study was able to show how these women are revolving from their beliefs in favor of the health care system. A better understanding of the beliefs will assist health care professionals and nurses in their participation for the planning and implementing culture congruent health care services. This study confirms that religion has a great impact in influencing the quality of health care services received .However ,besides religion there are other factors that influence the quality of health care in Zimbabwe. For example the current economic situation makes it difficult for the health care system to be clearly functional.
