'ABSTRACT In the aggressive business world today, numerous enterprises face the transition of quick change, particularly in the Information Communication Technology (ICT) industry. In this way, organizations should concentrate on innovative work conduct to take the upper hand. The focal point of this exploration is the human resource practices that are expected to conquer the trouble in supporting innovative work behavior in associations. This examination joins the high-performance work system practices and human resource management system strength and under situational strength hypothesis, of inventiveness from innovative work behavior to the investigation of workers employed in the ICT associations recorded in Jordan 2019. It means to test a reasonable staggered and multilevel model of human resource practices and inventive work conduct through the individual intervening variable of human resource the management framework power. The participants of the investigation were on workers from 164 respondents, chosen by utilizing an arbitrary testing method. The findings of this investigation propose that human resource strength framework is very significant as an interceding variable at the individual dimension for upgrading and expanding inventive work conduct.'
