'Abstract Emotional intelligence has increasingly become a revelant concept, not only in the business world but also healthcare industry. El serves as the genesis of human relationships which has gai more attention intentionally and has been directly linked to many other fields outside business. Emotional intelligence is a simpler form means bein sincere to accept the way we feel per time and to be able to detect and manage people's emotions. Quality in healthcare can be described as the extent to which healthcare services leads to an increase in the livelihood of the expected outcomes and causes a reduction in the unexpected outcomes in the present state of knowledge. The aim of the study is to determine the impact of emotional intelligence on quality healthcare delivery since since the concept is now becoming more relevant in every sector. Research has constantly revealed over years that a professional in the healthcare industry who is empathetic and takes time to understand people tends to do well in treating their patients. Structured questionnaire was used to collect dara from correspondents, that is, the patients and relatives. One hundred valid data was collected and analyzed by using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The result revealed that there is a positive relationship between emotional intelligence and quality healthcare delivery which means that the knowlegde of emotional intelligence of the healthcare professionals in a new determining factor for quality in health organization as perceived by the customers.
