Konu(lar): Özet: 'ABSTRACT The study considers environmental policy as concepts of sustainable growth, its relevance as well as its implications for the global community. In the case studies from the USA and China, the main environmental trends, principles and concepts will be considered. The state level of environmental policy will be shown on the example of the US and China. It will consider the directions of development of developed countries with democratic regimes, such as the U.S., and developing countries, such as China. The importance of the environmental policy in the modern world community cannot be denied. The environmental crisis has made it clear to countries that the environment must be taken into account, and that the negative results of economic development must not be ignored, and that it has an extremely detrimental impact on the environment and other sectors, correspondingly. Rapid economic growth and, at the same time, the environmental crisis oblige countries to make significant changes in their environmental policy's, regulating the issue at the national level. U.S. and Chinese case studies illustrate different models of environmental policy regulation in a given region and explore similarities and differences in environmental policy. The urgency of the study is confirmed by the fact that nature is integrated into global politics as an environmental factor speaks for itself. Environmental policy touches upon the essence of social justice and challenges political goals, so if nature suffers from politics, then politics is not exclusive and has no future. The United States and China have two competing leaders in the global economy, and now the environment and economy go hand in hand. Both countries face enormous environmental challenges, and by comparing these countries, we can understand how to regulate and address these challenges. Key words: The United States of America, China, Ecology, Environment.'
