'ABSTRACT Corporate sustainability (CS) and technological innovation (TI) rose as an option in contrast to customary momentary methodologies. It reaches out in picking up advantages to deal with the organization through the basic parity of economic, environmental, social and time issues in the present age and later on. The issues encompassing the idea of CS and TI are complex and incredible. This research adopted an overview from writings on sustainability and innovation that incorporates different points of view. In light of this review, this research adopts components identified with the system of corporate sustainability, comprising of social, environmental, economic and time dimensions. They are effectively reasonable and interpretable as to exercises and substantial activities of corporate sustainability.The framework proposed in this research investigates the construct, CS and TI and its impact on the bank performance (BP) of a firm. For this reason, a total of 210 questionnaires were distributed to Guaranty trust bank employees and a total 190 questionnaires were distributed to Access bank employees. 194 questionnaires were filled and returned from Guaranty trust bank while 183 questionnaires were returned from Access bank. A total of 377 questionnaires were returned and used for this research. The quantitative data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences and the influence of CS and TI on EP were determined. The results showed that there is a relationship between CS and EP as well as, a relationship between TI and EP. Based on the response from employees\' in the two commercial banks, CS and TI is integrated into their business or work operation. This attitude practiced within the study area contributes to the positive impact of CS and TI on EP of the organization. However, in relation to the findings from this research, management should try to encourage the integration of CS and BP into their work culture.
