Scholar highlighted the literature review and have performed detailed analysis of the primary and secondary data in order to analyze the part of the management in employee grievance, and the effect of improper management in Indian hotel industry. Scholar have highlighted various ways by which the staff grievance can be solved. Meanwhile, the literature review of the research will extract various elements and gaps that is already present among previous researcher's works and that off assorted authors as well. The objectives with the rationale of the research will be satisfied and evidently proved within the last chapter of the dissertation, which will entitle the dissertation as a successful one.
