The Satisfaction of Patients as regards health care is seen as a significant element in understanding the community's views of standard of service. Care considered to be of high standard under the provider's defined medical, commercial or other standards is miles away from superlative as long as the patient is unhappy or dissatisfied as a result of that care. There is, then, a clear justification for making health care organization and distribution sensitive to consumer opinion. Objective: This research seeks to evaluate the standard of care of nurses as demonstrated by the happiness of the patients. Methods: Descriptive survey approach was used in this research. The research population involving patients mainly adults within ages of 18years and above who were admitted into the wards of Karshi General Hospital (KGH) for two nights at least. The modified collection tool for data “Patient satisfaction with quality nursing care questionnaire” (PSNCQQ). Statistics Package for the Social Sciences was used to execute the analysis. Ethical clearance was fortified from Department of Healthcare Management and from the Karshi General Hospital. Participation in this research was deliberate and focused on informed consent being provided by the participant. Result: A population of 102 patients from inpatient wards participated in the research from 14th April to 30th April, 2020. Satisfaction of the patients with the total nursing care quality received by the patients had the following readings, 11.8% rated excellent, 52.9% rated good and 3.4% rated poor. A substantial association between age and patient satisfaction (p-0.044) and no interaction with further factors, such as gender, marital status, job, income, admission history and duration of stay.
