ABSTRACT Mobile learning adaptation is the new development when implementing the technology into the classroom. In other to implement m-learning into education mobile technology such as information with better and effective device. This study was carried out to investigate Mobile technology adaptation, student's perceptions and awareness. In this research, Subjective norms, trust of internet, trust of service provider and Computer self-efficacy was added to TAM model to investigate the adaptation of m-technology services. Mobile learning was further stated as the capacity to achieve and make learning easy for student and teacher via an electronic device The research adopted questionnaire method to collect data from the students. 422 students from Cyprus International University were used to carry out the survey. Statistical package for social science (SPSS) and Partial least square (PLS) was used to analyze the collected data. The research instrument used was adopted from previous studies. The aim reason was to study student's attitude concerning m-learning. The results show the variables have positive and significant influence on mobile learning adaptation.
