ABSTRACT Cash is a vital component of any business. Cash for all purpose is regarded as the most important component of the working capital and the accountant normally views it as part of the finances of a business, which oils the wheels of the business. In the case of small scale businesses, the issue of financial discipline takes greater course and pride in their survival. The general objective of the study is benchmarked to examining the impact of financial discipline on entrepreneurial survival. Random sampling was used as the research technique to ascertain the sample size of the study. From the summary of the analysis meant to test if cash management and account receivables predict good financial discipline. Regression analysis was used to analyze the variables. The result showed that there is a statistical significant between Financial discipline practices and survival p=.000(p<.05), Again there was a statistical significant between cash flow liquidity and survival p=.000(p<.05), Cash management receivables and survival p=.000(p<.05) are statistically significant.
