Therefore, it is important to develop and retain employees who meet industry criteria. However, as practice shows, the industry is not coping well with this task. The hospitality industry requires effective leadership with a distinctive human management style to deal with this problem. Accordingly, the study proposes to test a mediation model that explores the direct and indirect effects of a servant and authentic leadership on hospitality employees' job embeddedness via psychological capital supported by the idea of the Сonservation of Resources Theory (COR). Regression analyses have been used to test the proposed hypotheses that point out to the idea that (H1and 2) servant and authentic leadership can predict employees job embeddedness, and (H6 and 7) psychological capital mediate this relationship. Also, (H 3, 4, 5) servant and authentic leadership have a positive effect on the psychological capital and psychological capital has a positive effect on the employee's job embeddedness. Analyses results supported H 1, H3, H4, H5, and H7, however, H2 and H6 were rejected. The results have been explained, theoretical and practical implications, as well as limitations and future research agenda, have been provided.

ABSTRACT
The backbone of the hospitality industry is comprised of employees who are directly connected with the industry's customers and are essential for the successful management of the service delivery process.
