In this work I used the cox theory to explain hegemony .Despite the growth of China’s economy, military and technology, the United States of America still maintains their position as the first in economic might in the world , the best air force in the world , the US Dollar is the currency used in international trade, American culture dominates the World and even their media are watched worldwide, USA uses international organization to promote their foreign policy, for these reasons the United States of America still maintains their position as the global hegemon. ABSTRACT
