The study is descriptive in nature and survey study approach was adopted. A study population of 550 health workers comprising of both medical and allied health workers was considered for the study. A structured questionnaire with questions to gather relevant information about level of psychological stress, organizational cynicism, distributive justice employees’ innovative behaviour and psychological contract breach in the selected hospital. Data gathered was process and analyzed using mean, standard deviation and multiple regression analysis to establish level of psychological stress experienced by the health worker and therefor indicate the relationship between the study independent variables and dependent variable. Therefore, it was evident from the study Findings that, health workers experienced high level of psychological stress during the Covid-19 pandemic as the health workers finds it difficult to relax during the pandemic period, however, multiple regression analysis showed that organizational cynicism had statistically and significant impacts on psychological contract breach in the hospitals. Distributive justice indicates negative but non-significant impacts on the psychological contract breach among the hospitals. On the other hand employee innovative work behaviour showed non-significant positive effect on employees’ psychological contract” in the selected hospitals in Mogadishu Somalia. The study therefore recommended that considering the fact that the level of psychological stress experienced by health workers during the Covid-19 pandemic is high, post-pandemic intervention programmers should organized for the health workers in order to ensure their psychological wellbeing to improve productivity in the aftermath of the crisis Keywords: COVID-19 Pandemic, Healthcare Workers, Psychological Impact
