It also sought to explore the moderating role of innovative climate between those two constructs. The researcher adopted a quantitative research approach and a correlational research design using a questionnaire to collect primary data from the respondents made from a sample of 120 individuals. The results of the researcher pointed out that Leaders analyze data to make an informed decision. Leaders in the organization use different strategies to ensure that team members are equipped with the necessary information and skills, Knowledge management capability- is enhanced when corporate culture, structure, resources, and innovative competencies are managed with, positioning information and knowledge as a strategic resource, managing knowledge resources for transferability the ability of this organization to adapt to change is flexible. People in the organization are constantly looking for new, original ways to approach issues. The company uses commercialization in its knowledge acquisition processes. The company uses existing knowledge to create new knowledge-generation processes. The researcher recommended that there should be an increase investment in knowledge-oriented leadership by providing training and resources to develop the leaders’ capabilities. Develop a system to facilitate knowledge management capabilities, such as an online platform or software tool that allows easy sharing of information across departments and teams.
