ABSTRACT
The epicenter of this study lies on the investigative and scientific approaches in
assessing the potencies of Quality Healthcare on Patient Satisfaction, focusing on the
emergency units of the public hospitals in North Cyprus. The responses from foreign
students that visited the emergency units provided relevant answers to the structured
questionnaires which was used for assessing the patient satisfaction and service quality
and were further harmonized with the quantitative documents. This research analyzes
how the concept dynamically and efficaciously served as double-edged sledge harmers
in creating novel guidelines to eliminate delay and improve patient satisfaction in the
hospital administration in north Cyprus. From the SPSS analysis result, the reliability,
correlation and linear regression distribution was adopted to analyze the data obtained
from the respondent. However, Patients’ satisfaction data obtained from was validated
to have the dominant efficacy, potency and effectiveness adequate to measure quality
healthcare management which relies greatly on service quality principles. The result
of the hypothesis testing shows that there was a significant impact of service quality
on patient satisfaction with time, perceived medical staff quality, information and
communication as well as General service quality with p=0.000 respectively. The
results from the 385 respondents affirmed that the expertise of the investigated
emergency units of the three public hospitals are benchmarking the Quality Healthcare
Management which are the entrenched-overlap standards and scientific guidelines in
the healthcare disciplines
