By coronavirus risk (CVR) we mean a worldwide pandemic which affects the choice to travel, not just on account of the uncertainty encompassing the circumstances that tourists will experience in the location, yet in addition in light of the fact of the potential adverse results connected with the choice taken (Chang, 2009). Political instability risk (PIR) on the other hand is the possibility of temperamental political bedlam associated with the political strife of the visited country. And terrorist Attack risk (TAR) is defined as the possibility of being associated with a fearful occurrence, war and public mobs, and the focus of fearbased oppressor associations. However, this research adopted a quantitative research method. Therefore, analysis from three different hypotheses developed during this research showed that only H1, and H2 were supported in this study, while H3 was not. This means that coronavirus risk (CVR) and political instability risk (PIR) both has a positive influence on tourists’ perceived risk of Nigeria (TPRN) as an international destination. ABSTRACT
This research has led to the influence of coronavirus risk, political instability and
terrorist Attack risk on tourist’s perceived risk of Nigeria as an international
destination. By coronavirus risk (CVR) we mean a worldwide pandemic which
affects the choice to travel, not just on account of the uncertainty encompassing the
circumstances that tourists will experience in the location, yet in addition in light of
the fact of the potential adverse results connected with the choice taken (Chang,
2009). Political instability risk (PIR) on the other hand is the possibility of
temperamental political bedlam associated with the political strife of the visited
country. And terrorist Attack risk (TAR) is defined as the possibility of being
associated with a fearful occurrence, war and public mobs, and the focus of fearbased oppressor associations.
However, this research adopted a quantitative research method. Therefore, analysis
from three different hypotheses developed during this research showed that only H1,
and H2 were supported in this study, while H3 was not. This means that coronavirus
risk (CVR) and political instability risk (PIR) both has a positive influence on
tourists’ perceived risk of Nigeria (TPRN) as an international destination.
