ABSTRACT
In this case study, which focuses on the North of Iraq, the effect of the COVID-19 epidemic on e-government operations was examined using a questionnaire. The adoption of digital technology by the government in reaction to the crisis, the difficulties encountered, and the success of e-government policies are the particular focus of this study. A thorough examination of the North of Iraq's experience yields insightful information, emphasizing the revolutionary potential of digitization in crisis-related government. However, the analysis revealed that technology factor had the most significant positive effect on the efficiency of e-government followed by resources and people.
