This work examines the Effect of Leadership Style on Employees attitude in Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company in Nnewi, Anambra State Nigeria. The study became pertinent owning to lack of innovation, poor service delivery, not meeting up with financial obligations, high level of dishonesty and certain negative occurrences that might have beclouded the smooth operations of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company in Nnewi, Anambra State Nigeria as a result of poor leadership style. The major findings of the study were that leadership has a significant effect on employees’ attitude. Absenteeism has a significant effect on employees’ performance. Leadership trait has a significant effect on organizational performance. Strategic leadership style has a significant effect on the reduction of employees’ absenteeism. It was therefore recommended among other things that there is need to adopt a multiple approach, rather than a singular style when dealing with employees in an organization. This is because to create an organization with effective leadership that would have positive effect on employees’ job satisfaction and absenteeism, leaders should follow up on all outstanding issues, check in on employees, and monitor the effectiveness of company policies and procedures.
