ability of healthcare management organizations to deliver quality care and services to
their patients. More so, the study highlighted how these factors impact quality service
delivery among healthcare management organizations.
The study made use of quantitative research by employing secondary data. The result
shows that one of the main points elucidated by this study is that quality healthcare
management plays a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement
within healthcare organizations. Also, the research underscores the significance of
data-driven decision-making in healthcare management.
