This thesis," The Impact of Globalization on Gender Inequality", focuses on a timely situation across the globe, as it tends to highlight the positive and negative contributions of globalization on gender inequality, but with greater focus on the female gender. This it does by evaluating the level of gender inequality, prior and after globalization.
This comprehensive report analyzes the relationship between globalization and gender equality across various dimensions, including economic opportunities, social and political participation. It highlights both the potential benefits and challenges of globalization to human being, especially for the female gender, emphasizing the need for targeted policies to address persistent gender gaps. For this, it uses a comparative approach for its analysis.
It employs the use of relevant literature reviews to throw more light on gender inequality. The place of gender inequality before and during globalization is considered in the thesis, with the aim of establishing clear differences between both times; prior and after. It further brimmed light on the various areas where gender inequality is greatly obvious among humans and possible reasons, it as well highlighted the full meaning of several abbreviations spotted within and definitions of some of the key words in the thesis. Limitations encountered during the thesis are listed herein too. Finally, policies were recommended as measures for the eradication of gender inequality and more importantly, for easy sailing for both male and female genders in our present day and in the future, including establishment of institutions that protects the rights of the female gender, creation of more accommodating laws, employments should be based on qualifications in terms of individual capabilities, not gender, etcetera, knowing that giving the female gender the opportunity to thrive without limit across the globe will in no little manner help to enhance the economic and social state of the globe and further lessen the workload on the male gender, which will go a long way to afford men greater chances to live longer than they are known to enjoy due to excessive mental and financial pressure they undergo daily, it is also an opportunity to prove that the inputs of both genders in the positive aspect of life, are

needed for global advancement, and that the giant feats of the female genders must be seen as added advantages or a great complement to those of the male gender, and not a threat to the male genders themselves.
