Institute of Graduate Studies and Research Business Administration Özet: The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating role of perceived organizational support in the relationship between democratic leadership and job satisfaction among employees of the Coca-Cola Bottling Company in Liberia. Data was collected from 155 employees and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS software. The findings revealed that democratic leadership has a positive and significant impact on both job satisfaction and perceived organizational support. Additionally, perceived organizational support was found to have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Importantly, perceived organizational support partially mediates the relationship between democratic leadership and job satisfaction. These results support the study's objectives and highlight the importance of fostering democratic leadership and organizational support to enhance job satisfaction. Promoting democratic leadership practices and enhancing perceived organizational support can significantly boost job satisfaction at Coca-Cola Bottling Company in Liberia. Involving employees in decision-making, recognizing their contributions, and providing necessary resources and support fosters a supportive work environment, leading to a motivated and committed workforce.
