' Construction bussıness play a vıtal role iın the TRNC economy. It creates employments for both skilled ( engineers and technicians) and unskilled labors. Constructıon ıs an expensive business and needs both theoretical and practical knowledge. It needs a large amount of capital and specialized trained labor force. Although, construction companies in TRNC are well organized and manage their business professionally at their best, it is suggested that theoretical knowledge should continuously updated to meet the customer demands since consumer\'s preference always changes with social development of society. Furthermore, new technological developments have introduced a substantial competition in this business. as it is mentioned before, construction is an expensive business, and most of us may have a house once a time in our life. Since, it is directly related with human life, living in a substandard and badly constructed house could ruins the whole life. Safe buildings may be most important in TRNC since most part of our island is in critical hazard zone. It is seen in my research works that people would not mind to pay 15% to 20% more than the normal construction cost in order to live in safe buildings. Therefore, construction companies should not feel any fear pf loosing business by increasing their price.'
