Özet: 'ABSTRACT In this terms project ,we provide a detailed literature study of E-commerce which brings new opportunities for SMEs and MSMEs, while moving towards globalization and fast technology change. Also, we compared ICT, wıth particular focus on the use of internet and electronic commerce , infrastructure and opportunities between the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and Southern Cyprus. Özet Bu projede, küreselleşme ve hızlı değişen teknolojiler ile ilerlerken, KOBİ\'ler (Küçük ve Orta Büyüklükte İşletmeler) ve MKOBİ\'lere (Mikro, Küçük ve Orta Büyüklükte İşletmeler) yeni fırsatlar getiren Elektronik Ticaret\'in ayrıntılı literatür çalışması sunulmuştur. Ayrıca, KKTC ve Güney Kıbrıs arasındaki bilişim ve iletişim teknolojileri İnternet ve Elektronik Ticaret kullanımı, altyapısı ve sunmuş olduğu fırsatlar çerçevesinde karşılaştırılmıştır.'
