' In the 1950's when there was no computerized systems in business life, all the work which should be done. Was done by human power. Especially banks or other commercial business companies were dead in the circulations when they got bit more customers than they expected. What was the solution of this was a bit funny. There were hiring more and more staff to give better services to their customers. But most of the times this method does not solve the problem. Even cause more complex problems since we know that every human being can make errors while working, especially when they are tired and more human's means more errors. Today we have very fast computers which make millions of calculations in one second without being tired. Of course processing millions of calculations does not solve our problem. We should have specially designed software to work efficiently and better. Such software interacts with the user inputs and makes it easy to reach the necessary information in a second. On the other hand today we have the globalization world. Although peoples need to store and manipulate data in digital formats for faster and reliable services, they need to reach data from home, office, road thus from every where. In this manner telecommunication and telecommunication services takes the place which we must very carefully think and give attention to. Apart from telecommunication between others, every single people may need to get information by using mobile phones or etc... So can you imagine the data flow of the world in a second? Then imagine what will happen if we lost the connection for a second. Thus, bad services in telecommunication may cause very big problems in the world. Every telecommunication service provider must have their specialized automation system to supply reliable and continuous services. '
