ABSTRACT This research will evaluate the impact of terrorism and globalization to humanitarian crisis, it will examine the relationship between terrorism and globalization and assess if this relationship is strong enough to fuel acts of terror which are leading to humanitarian crisis. The main aim is to unravel the main culprit in humanitarian crisis, therefore a comparative analysis is going to be laid out, in two selected case studies of Syria and Sudan, countries which have been ravaged with severe terror acts and are experiencing severe humanitarian crisis even up to now. Humanitarian crises have become an issue of concern in the modern world, humanitarian organizations have witnessed an increase of internally displaced people, refugees and deaths due to torture which is persuaded in intra-state wars commonly known as civil wars. While efforts of working towards humanitarian needs have become a prime goal, a lot of countries especially those who are third world countries are now qualifying to be failed states due to abuse of human rights through autocratic leadership and instilling of force. In these severe circumstances rebel groups have also taken advantage of the atmosphere to torture people and to push them in doing what they deem necessary. The research will examine significance of terrorism in selected cases and assess if these terror acts are gaining ground due to global policies or because terrorism has found a foot to balance its own intentions.
