Özet: 'It seems difficult to reach a consensus over the meaning and results of the globalization of any contexts. Since the results of the globalization change with the values attributed to, the point of view, or the ideological approach, that the concept moves on a controversial base is pointed out. In my research, by explaining the globalization phenomenon, its evolutions, and the approaches of some social scientists, I tried to reflect the thought system owned by Ataturk as an alternative for the negativities of the not only national but also international safety extent on the perspective of the developed and underdeveloped countries. Globalization is an unavoidable phenomenon in this century and data correct that we have to live under this phenomenon's reflections. However, we should perceive these reflections not as the paradigms reflected from abroad, but in the light of our country's facts and create our paradigms by considering our country's facts. Any countries either in hegemony or an underdeveloped country cannot be successful alone. The humanity needs the cooperation and mutual support more than usual. That the Civilization-Culture separation is a way to manage the exploitation internationally, there is, in fact, only one civilization, and its name is science and democracy civilization needs not to be forgotten.
