Studies of phytochemical which involved extraction using ethanol solvents. The phytochemicals screening such as test of secondary metabolites that the sample contained. The leave and seeds extract was assayed for cytotoxicity against MCF-7/MDA-MB-231 cell lines progesterone and estrogen receptors by using MTT assay. The studies of Phytochemicals results showed that the ethanolic extract of annona muricata leave and seeds contain saponins flavonoids and tannins. The activity of cytotoxic effect against MFC-7/MDA-MB-231 cell lines and progesterone and estrogen receptors showed the CD50 value less than 1μg/ml, that present as a very good activity.
