ABSTRACT Leadership styles and skills have been the major focus of the research specifically after the 21st century has started. Leadership traits, styles and characteristics are now regarded as some of the points that need to be catered in order to ensure proper organizational behavior and motivation while staying within the organization. There have been a lot of misconduct while relating it to the same field and hence the importance and significance of the same issue becomes two-fold. This research is thus aimed at identifying the effects of Transformational Leaders on Service Quality in the Pakistan Hospitality Industry with the moderating role of Organizational Citizenship Behavior of the Employees. The major role is deemed by the employees and their diligence specifically within the hospitality industry which relies fundamentally on the service provision and the level of that service. The study utilizes reciprocation, Leader Member Exchange theory (LMX), and self-determination theories to lie at the back of this model because employees and their orientation towards the work that they had been doing for service provision to the maximum level. The study utilizes the primary research approach with quantitative analysis of the questionnaire which has been distributed using social media platforms and the responses were then run. The individuals from the various hotels of metropolitan cities were actually at different positions that turned back the responses. The results have thus shown that OCB plays a mediating role in the relationship between Transformational Leadership and Service Quality within the Hospitality industry in Pakistan.
